Size does not matter

Size does not matter

Regardless of Singapore's size, we MUST allow people who vote opposition live under opposition rule.

The voting game is never about voting the opposition to teach the ruling party a lesson.

Because voting opposition means you prefer to live under opposition rule. Otherwise, you can always put in a spoilt vote. How to do it is for you to find out, for me to know.

Opposition candidates are also extremely irresponsible to call for the electorate to vote opposition to tell the PAP that they are not doing enough. If they so desire, then do what Sitoh Yi Pin and Eric Low are doing in the past in Potong Pasir and Hougang respective - provide aid, however limited.

Why appear once a while and start prescribing what people must do or what the government must do?

We have the Speakers' Corner, we have the forum pages, we have feedback channels. All our political office bearers' emails are announced in the government directory.

Why are these people, even if not elected, not submitting proposals for the government to consider if they really feel that much for the populace?

Yet, normal, non-affliated person on the street tries to bring up issues and convince the government to consider changes. Haven't JC students done so at the various seminars, workshops and fora?

Why haven't the opposition?
